    1. » How much does a web site cost?

There are quite a few factors that are going to affect the ultimate cost of your web site.

These factors include how many pages you are going to have, if you will sell products on your website, the graphic work involved, and how interactive your future web site will be. You will also need web hosting and domain name registration.

    2. » Such and such charges less than you. Can you match them?

Web design is not a commodity.

Just as you choose your designer, I also choose my clients, and only work with those who value the service I provide.

    3. » Can you start right away?

It’s possible, but not likely. I need to pay close attention to my current clients, and their ongoing projects. Taking on too much work at once will adversely affect the outcome — something I won’t do.

    4. » What constitutes a Web page?

A Web page is a page on the Internet that can be accessed through a Web browser. Each time you click a link on the Internet and are taken to a new screen, you are viewing a different Web page.

    5. » If I already have a site can you help me improve it?

Yes. I can redesign the existing website, improving its looks and functionality, but I will not try to modify or fix somebody else's work.

    6. » What are the things that you expect from my company to complete the web site design?

Brochures, logos, photographs, product descriptions, business cards etc. are all recommended resources to use.

For new businesses I will help you get started from scratch. I will do my best to answer any questions during your website project.

    7. » Do you use cookie-cutter templates?

No. I start every project from scratch using your specifications. Everything from color, graphics, and layout is custom designed and 100% approved by you. I never use pre-fabricated or royalty free templates. You're paying to have your ideal site designed to represent you -not others.

    8. » How do you accept payment?

With most design projects, I request a 50% down-payment prior to scheduling the work. This is payable by a number of methods: via bank transfer, PayPal, or by sending a bank draft in USD (United States Dollars). All details are included in the contract, and the remaining 50% is payable upon completion of the project, prior to supply of original artwork.

    9. » Do I have to submit all the content right after I order or can I submit it later in the project?

All materials should be submitted by the client in a period of 10 days after the 50% down-payment, you can submit additional content throughout the design phase, but a fee of $25 per day will be charged (also in the contract).

This helps us determine the scope of the project, identify required resources, and limits the amount of delays that can occur in getting your Web site designed.

    10. » Can I view my Web site while it is being built?

You will be given opportunities to review the pages of your Web site as pages are completed during the design process. At each of these times you will also be given the opportunity to make revisions to your Web site.

    11. » I've made my decision - I want you to design my web site. Now what do I do?

If you have decided you want a web site or have any questions, simply fill out my web design quote request form to start the process.
